II) Not to modify, create derivative work from, adapt, alter or translate the © DESITEG Software. III) Not to sublicense, enter into leases or as data of any kind, rent, loan, distribute or otherwise transfer the © DESITEG Software to any third party; IV) Do not reengineer, decompile or disassemble, or allow any third party to reengineer, derive, decompile or disassemble the © DESITEG Software to determine the source code.
© DESITEG reserves the right to block access or partially or totally remove all information, communication or material that in its sole judgment may be: I) abusive, defamatory or obscene; II) fraudulent, artificial or deceptive; III) violation of copyrights, trademarks, confidentiality, industrial secrets or any intellectual property rights of a third party; IV) offensive or; V) that in any way contravenes the provisions of this agreement. If the user wishes to obtain more information on a specific topic provided by © DESITEG, he should consult it directly.
3.- Copyright and industrial property
The intellectual and industrial property, trademarks, graphics, images, logos, information and icons visible on the © DESITEG portal are the exclusive property of © DESITEG. All content and its format are protected by current laws.
The user is expressly prohibited from modifying, altering or deleting, either in whole or in part, the notices, trademarks, trade names, signs, advertisements, logos or in general any indication that refers to the ownership of the information contained in the site indicated.
4.-Access codes and confidential numbers

7.-Applicable Laws and Jurisdiction
For the interpretation, compliance and execution of this Contract, the parties agree that the Federal laws of the United Mexican States and the competent courts of the City of Querétaro will be applicable, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction or jurisdiction that may correspond to them in reason for their present or future addresses.
